The Elevate Volvo V50 3" Performance Sport Exhaust System is a catalytic converter-back system designed to maximize flow. It features a 3" diameter, proprietary muffler and resonator, and dual outlet polished oval tips. This system is constructed from T304 stainless steel and includes all necessary gaskets, clamps, and hardware for installation.

The ELEVATE Volvo V50 T5 Performance Exhaust System is engineered in-house to maximize exhaust flow, thereby increasing torque and horsepower across the entire power band. Dyno-proven gains of +13hp and +12 lb-ft of torque at the wheels are achieved through a true 3-inch diameter, fully mandrel-bent tubing system, a 26% increase over the factory diameter. This system also reduces weight by over 8 lbs compared to the stock setup. Constructed entirely from T304 stainless steel for durability, the system features thick flanges to prevent exhaust leaks. While the tubing has a semi-polished finish, the resonator, muffler, and tips boast a full polish for enhanced aesthetics. This bolt-on system includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for straightforward installation. For optimal security, tack welds are recommended on the slip-fit sections. The exhaust bolts directly to either the factory downpipe or the ELEVATE 3" Downpipe, with dual polished tips integrating seamlessly with factory rear bumper openings. For V50 2.4i models, a short extension is required to mate with the factory catalytic converter, which can be fabricated by any exhaust shop. Additionally, due to the lack of dual exhaust tips on the 2.4i, either a rear lower bumper section from a T5 model or the ELEVATE Rear Diffuser must be used.
