The Ksport Slimline Big Brake Kit offers a solution for fitting aggressive wheels on factory body vehicles, addressing the common issue of multi-piston calipers not clearing the limited space between the caliper and the wheel. This kit utilizes a Slimline Caliper design, based on the OEM single-side floating piston caliper thickness, to ensure compatibility. The calipers are forged from aerospace-quality aluminum into a one-piece monoblock design for exceptional strength and even thickness, eliminating weak spots. The aluminum pistons are protected by high-temperature seals, and the opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear. The center sections are crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum to reduce rotational mass and enhance brake response. The slotted rotor design helps to wipe away heat, dust, and gases, making them suitable for vehicles that see more track use. The kit includes everything needed for installation, such as calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads (SC5 Street Pads standard, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads), stainless steel braided brake lines, and all required mounting components and hardware. This system is appropriate for 17.8" wheels and above. Ksport Big Brake Kits come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
