3-Piston Caliper Big Brake Kit with D.O.T Compliant

Traditional multi-piston kits often lack the necessary clearance, but Ksport's Slimline Caliper features a design based on OEM single-piston caliper thickness, ensuring compatibility with most factory wheels or those with very limited brake caliper clearance. This front big brake kit utilizes a 3-piston caliper and comes with lightweight two-piece rotors that can be either cross-drilled or slotted, offering options for different driving conditions. The kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation to OEM caliper bracket locations. Also included are Ksport's NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal braking performance on the street with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. The operating temperature range for these pads is 194°F - 1022°F. Completing the system are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines. These lines resist expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. The standard kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors, one set of SC5 brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware. This kit is specifically designed for the Volkswagen Passat models from 2010-2015, specifically those with 2-piece OE caliper models.
