The Ultra Racing UR-RE3-2199 is a 3-point rear upper strutbar designed to enhance chassis stiffness. This strutbar helps maintain tire grip and prevent negative handling traits such as understeering and oversteering.

Brackets are 4mm to 5mm thick, while the hollow steel tubes are 1.2mm to 1.6mm thick.

The Ultra Racing 3-Point Rear Upper Strutbar (UR-RE3-2199) is engineered to significantly improve the handling and stability of your vehicle by reinforcing the chassis. During aggressive driving maneuvers like cornering, hard braking, or acceleration, the vehicle's chassis experiences substantial flex and deformation due to weight transfer. This flex can lead to a loss of tire grip and introduce undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The hollow steel tubes and oval tubes used in its construction range from 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness. Ultra Racing products are developed with a focus on performance and safety, often tested in demanding motorsport environments like track racing, autocross, and drifting competitions. By reducing flex in the suspension mounting points, it helps maintain precise suspension geometry and stability, leading to improved steering feedback and road handling. This specific strutbar is designed for the Proton Saga Flx (BT / MK3) models with 1.3L and 1.6L 2WD engines manufactured between 2011 and 2016.
