The RetroBelt RB-7391GMTKKT-BLK-BE is a 3-point retractable shoulder belt kit engineered for classic 1973-1991 GM and Chevrolet trucks, offering an essential safety upgrade. This kit provides everything needed to install a modern retractable belt system for two passengers, featuring classic chrome push-button buckles and chrome belt ends for an authentic aesthetic. The webbing and stitching are color-matched to the retractors, and the advanced inertia reel mechanism locks the belt during sudden stops for maximum protection. Designed with practicality in mind, the 12-inch plastic sleeve on the buckle side ensures a precise fit for vehicles equipped with bucket seats. The retractors can hold up to 96 inches of webbing, with 39 inches extending outside the retractor, providing over 11 feet of total webbing length for comfortable use. The webbing itself measures 1 ⅞ inches wide, and the buckles are sized at 2 ⅜ × 2 ½ inches. This seat belt system meets or exceeds Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards FMVSS 209 and FMVSS 302, assuring robust construction and reliable performance. Mounting hardware is included for a complete installation. It is important to note that this kit is not intended for off-road applications or use on a racetrack.
