The Cobalt 3-Point Shock Tower Brace is an aftermarket chassis stiffening component designed specifically for the 2006-2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata. This brace goes beyond typical designs by incorporating a three-point mounting system. In addition to connecting the front shock towers, it utilizes a special bracket to secure to the firewall. This advanced mounting strategy ensures a significant increase in chassis rigidity, outperforming simpler braces that only link the shock towers. Installation is straightforward and includes necessary hardware and instructions. However, it is important to note that if your vehicle did not originally come equipped with a factory strut tower brace, you will need to purchase Moss Part No. 901-408 separately to complete the installation.
