The GrimmSpeed Boost Control Solenoid is engineered as a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the OEM boost solenoid on the 2002-2005 Subaru WRX, specifically for the EJ20 platform. A failing factory solenoid can lead to inconsistent boost levels, boost creep, or an inability to hold target pressure. This 3-port solenoid utilizes a design that allows for higher resolution boost control, providing tuners with the necessary hardware for safe and precise tuning with stable boost levels. The solenoid features a balanced valve capable of withstanding up to 120psi while maintaining a rapid response time.
