The Grimmspeed 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid is a direct replacement for the factory 2-port system in 2015-2021 Subaru WRX models. This component offers significant advantages over the stock setup by interrupting and redirecting the boost signal from the turbo to the wastegate back into the turbo inlet. This method ensures that the air volume measured by the Mass Airflow Sensor is effectively utilized during combustion, preventing unnecessary venting.
