3-Port Boost Control Solenoid

The COBB Tuning 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is engineered to provide precise and consistent boost control for modern turbocharged vehicles, especially those with significant upgrades like larger turbochargers or external wastegates. This solenoid eliminates the inherent boost fluctuations of factory systems, ensuring stable and repeatable performance crucial for accurate tuning and maximizing power output. It is capable of managing boost levels up to 120psi. Constructed with durability in mind, the BCS features nickel-plated brass 1/8" low-profile barb fittings for a compact design and corrosion resistance. It utilizes Viton spools and seals for longevity, lubricated with silicone grease. The unit includes a custom aluminum mounting bracket, stainless steel hardware, boost line, and zip-ties for a clean installation. However, TUNING IS REQUIRED. Users must download an appropriate Off The Shelf (OTS) Map for their vehicle or consult a Protuner to safely utilize this part. The product is 50-state legal with CARB Executive Order D-660-165. This boost control solenoid is confirmed to fit the 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evolution X (GSR, MR, SST, FE) and 2009-2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart (AT USDM).
