3-Port Boost Control Solenoid

The COBB Tuning 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is an upgrade engineered for precise boost control in turbocharged vehicles. This solenoid features Viton spools and seals for longevity and is lubricated with silicone grease. Its construction includes a sealed manual override with an O-ring, a waterproof grommet for the wiring harness, and ultrasonically welded solenoid wires, making the unit resistant to water ingress. The BCS comes with a custom aluminum mounting bracket and all necessary stainless steel hardware, boost lines, and zip ties for installation. It mounts in the stock location and connects directly to the factory wiring harness, simplifying the physical and electrical installation process. Use of a COBB OTS map designed for a stock solenoid with this 3-port solenoid installed will require a custom tune. COBB does not currently offer OTS maps for this specific solenoid upgrade.
