3-Port Boost Control Solenoid

The COBB Tuning 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is engineered to enhance boost control capabilities in modern turbocharged vehicles. As a direct replacement for the factory 2-port solenoid, its three-port design provides the Accessport ECU map with significantly greater authority over wastegate actuator pressure. This results in more precise boost targeting, improved overshoot management, and tighter boost control, especially crucial for Stage 2 and NexGen Stage 2 calibrations. The unit is constructed with 1/8" nickel-plated barbed fittings, Viton spools and seals, and a waterproof design for durability. It is rated to operate up to 120psi and includes a custom aluminum mounting bracket and necessary hardware for installation. **CUSTOM TUNING IS REQUIRED** to safely utilize this part. COBB's Off-The-Shelf (OTS) maps for Stage 2 and NexGen Stage 2 are calibrated specifically for the 3-Port solenoid's improved response characteristics.
