The Cobb Tuning 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is an upgrade for turbocharged vehicles designed to provide precise boost control. It eliminates fluctuations from the OEM system, offering stable and repeatable boost control suitable for stock or high-boost applications. The solenoid features 1/8" nickel-plated barbed fittings and is rated for operation up to 120psi.

The COBB 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is an excellent upgrade for modern turbocharged vehicles, enabling precise boost control in a compact and easily installable package. It is capable of handling both stock boost levels and the high boost demands of significant power builds. The construction features 1/8" low-profile barb fittings for a compact design, with nickel plating for corrosion resistance. Viton spools and seals are used for durability, and the unit is sealed against water ingress with a waterproof grommet and ultrasonic welding on the solenoid wires, making it safe for washing. The BCS is rated to operate reliably up to 120psi. It includes a custom aluminum mounting bracket, stainless steel hardware, boost-line, and zip-ties. The unit is compatible with both internal and external wastegate configurations, with detailed instructions provided. **IMPORTANT:** The installation of this 3-port solenoid requires proper tuning. Using a COBB OTS map designed for a stock solenoid with a 3-port solenoid installed can lead to drastic under or over boost conditions. Always ensure your tune matches your installed components and setup. Contact your Protuner for specific guidance on tuning, hose routing, and boost restrictor pills.
