3-Port Boost Control Solenoid

The COBB 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) is an excellent upgrade for modern turbocharged vehicles, enabling precise boost control in a compact and easily installable package. It is capable of handling both stock boost levels and the high boost demands of significant power builds. The construction features 1/8" low-profile barb fittings for a compact design, with nickel plating for corrosion resistance. Viton spools and seals are used for durability, and the unit is sealed against water ingress with a waterproof grommet and ultrasonic welding on the solenoid wires, making it safe for washing. The BCS is rated to operate reliably up to 120psi. It includes a custom aluminum mounting bracket, stainless steel hardware, boost-line, and zip-ties. The unit is compatible with both internal and external wastegate configurations, with detailed instructions provided. **IMPORTANT:** The installation of this 3-port solenoid requires proper tuning. Using a COBB OTS map designed for a stock solenoid with a 3-port solenoid installed can lead to drastic under or over boost conditions.
