The Link Engine 3BCS is a 3-port boost control solenoid kit designed for precise control of boost pressure. It is compatible with all Link ECUs and can be used with single or multiple wastegates, as well as internal or external wastegates. This solenoid offers fast and consistent response times with high shifting forces.

The Link Engine 3BCS Boost Control Solenoid Kit is engineered to provide precise control over your vehicle's boost pressure. As a 3-port solenoid, it is a common and effective solution for managing boost levels, allowing them to be raised to approximately 2-3 times the wastegate's spring pressure. For applications requiring even higher boost, a 4-port solenoid is recommended. Constructed with a MAC 35 series solenoid, this kit is built for rugged reliability and a long operational life. It features a short stroke, high flow design, and a balanced poppet that ensures consistent performance regardless of pressure variations. The solenoid operates on 12 VDC and has a maximum pressure rating of 120 PSI. It includes 18-inch coil leads and comes with three 1/8” BSP hose tail fittings for straightforward connection. This boost control solenoid is compatible with all Link ECUs and can be integrated into systems with single or multiple wastegates, whether internal or external. The manufacturer recommends starting with a PWM frequency of 20Hz for optimal performance. Detailed setup instructions are available within the PCLink software's help file, which can be downloaded for free.
