Ksport developed the Slimline Caliper with a design based on the OEM single-side piston caliper thickness, ensuring compatibility with most factory wheels or wheels that offer very limited brake caliper spacing. This significantly broadens the applicability of big brake kits for enthusiasts who prefer a specific wheel aesthetic. This kit utilizes a 3-pot caliper design and comes with CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that allow the system to bolt directly into the OEM caliper bracket location. Standard brake calipers are available in painted finishes such as Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with options to upgrade to premium high polish finishes like Silver, Gold, and Titanium, or even glassy/hard anodized colors, with over 20,000 custom color finishes available. Included with the kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track conditions. These pads are designed to reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads, while also minimizing noise and rotor wear. The optimal operating temperature range for these pads is between 194°F and 1022°F. Customers can choose between Slotted or Cross Drilled rotors. Cross Drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while Slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles that see more track time.
