The Champion CC634 is a high-performance, all-aluminum 3-row radiator engineered for optimal cooling efficiency. Constructed with 100% welded seams and brazed core technology, it avoids the use of epoxy for enhanced durability and reliability. This radiator is designed as a direct, bolt-in replacement, utilizing original mounts and fan shrouds for an installation that requires no modifications. Key specifications include a core size of 16" x 24 3/8" and overall dimensions of 21 3/4" x 27 1/2". It features a downflow radiator flow, with hose locations at the driver's side for the inlet and passenger's side for the outlet, both measuring 1.38". The tank thickness is 2.5 inches, and the core thickness is 2.25 inches. This model also includes a transmission cooler with a Metric 12-1.25 fitting. The Champion CC634 radiator is backed by a lifetime limited warranty, reflecting the manufacturer's confidence in its quality and craftsmanship. This radiator is specifically designed for the 1975-1978 Nissan 280Z with a 2.8L 6-cylinder engine.
