The BYLT INDUSTRY HZRAD007 is a direct bolt-on, 3-row aluminum radiator engineered to fit 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ and Comanche models equipped with 2.5L or 4.0L I4 I6 engines. The radiator features a core size of 31" x 2.75" x 11" with inlet/outlet dimensions of 1.32" and 1.47", respectively. It also includes a transmission port with a 5/8-18UNF thread. The overall dimensions are 36”x 7” x 14”. Before installation, it is crucial to verify your radiator's dimensions, check all supporting cooling lines (including transmission, oil, and A/C), and ensure adequate spacing for cooling fans. Professional installation is recommended, as instructions are not included, and understanding the coolant system bleeding process is necessary for a proper DIY installation. The manufacturer notes that certain models may come with additional ports, and fittings are not included for these. BYLT INDUSTRY is not responsible for fitment issues arising from improper previous repairs, and returns require proof of a product defect from a licensed mechanic.
