Description

The Champion 8005-1KC3 is an all-aluminum radiator designed for classic Ford Mustangs, Mercury Cougars, and Ford Torinos from 1971-1973. It features a 3-row core with 5/8" tubes, a 123-core count, and 14 fins per inch for enhanced cooling. This US-made radiator has an inlet of 1 1/2" RH and an outlet of 1 1/2" LH, with a saddle mount and an integrated 8-trans cooler.

This high-density core radiator is rated for up to 650 HP and is 100% TIG welded without the use of epoxy. It comes with a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. Installation notes indicate that thicker than original radiators may require a shorter fan spacer for clearance and potential modifications to saddle mounts.
