3" T304 Stainless Steel Downpipe

The Unitronic 3" Downpipe is a high-performance exhaust upgrade engineered to enhance airflow and boost engine response. Fabricated using 3-inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, this downpipe includes flow-matched transitions and a 200-cell high-flow metallic catalytic converter to maximize performance gains. The construction features T316 stainless steel flanges, a flexible corrugated section, and TIG-welded seams for long-term durability, finished with a brushed matte appearance. An integrated, OEM-inspired heat shield protects the exhaust tunnel from radiant heat. Each unit is embossed with the company logo and includes an individualized serial production plate to ensure authenticity. This downpipe is compatible with several VW Jetta models, specifically: the 2011-2014 Mk6 with 1.8T Gen3 engine, the 2011-2014 Mk6 GLI with 2.0T Gen3 engine, and both 1.8T Gen3 and 2.0T Gen3 GLI variants of the 2015-2018 Mk6.5. For optimal results, Unitronic recommends using Stage 2 software tuning. Professional installation or experience with exhaust systems is recommended to ensure proper fitment and seal using the included v-band hardware.
