Description

The CTS Turbo 3" Turbo Back Exhaust system is engineered for enthusiasts seeking enhanced performance for their Mk6 Jetta GLi 2.0T Gen1. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel, this exhaust features hand TIG welding for durability and a clean aesthetic. The system's true 3" diameter piping is a key design element, allowing for superior exhaust gas flow compared to smaller 2.5"/2.75" systems, which can restrict peak power. The larger 3" piping reduces turbulence and restriction as exhaust gases exit the turbo and wastegate, contributing to more power and torque across the entire RPM range. The system offers an aggressive sound during hard acceleration while remaining subtle during cruising. Key features include CNC waterjet cut flanges, CNC mandrel-bent stainless steel piping, polished stainless steel tubing, and adjustable 3" exhaust tips. The system includes installation hardware and stainless steel clamps. This part is specifically designed for the VW Mk6 Jetta GLi 2.0T (models from 2011-2013).
