The Dobinsons MRR 3-Way Adjustable Monotube Reservoir Shock (MRA45-A645) offers extensive adjustability for optimal ride quality in demanding conditions. They provide a significant performance increase over stock shocks, addressing issues like shock fade that occur under load or harsh 4x4 use. The "Direct Bolt-On Design" ensures straightforward installation. Key features include a 50mm CNC machined high-flow billet aluminum race piston and a robust 3mm thick, 56mm O.D. DOM seamless shock body. The advanced sealing system utilizes upgraded 3-stage FKM/HNBR, and components are TSUGAMITM CNC machined for precision. High-pressure hoses are ParkerTM braided, and the shock shaft is 5140 HV900 hard chrome plated, heat-treated 18mm micro-polished steel, exceeding 700MPA tensile strength. A carbon-fiber/PTFE/disulphide composite wear band is incorporated for low-friction, low-wear performance. The 60mm remote reservoir, made of 6063 aluminum, aids in heat dissipation. It also features a lightweight, low-friction floating piston, O.E.M. grade natural rubber bushings, and CNC TIG precision welded body end mounts. The design is fully rebuildable, and the T6 6061 spring seat is height adjustable. This shock absorber is specifically designed for the NISSAN NAVARA/ FRONTIER D40 (2006-2021) and X-TERRA (2005-ON) models, offering up to 2.5 inches of lift.
