3-Way Adjustable Monotube Reservoir Shock Absorber

The Dobinsons MRA59-A440 is a 3-way adjustable monotube reservoir shock absorber engineered to provide maximum adjustability for optimal ride quality. This front strut assembly is designed for aggressive off-roading, featuring 10 stages of high-speed compression for navigating ruts and holes, and 20 stages of low-speed compression for precise control during crawling and cornering. Additionally, 15 stages of rebound adjustment help prevent bucking and control coil behavior. Constructed for durability and performance, the MRA59-A440 boasts a heavy-duty 66mm O.D. shock body made from 3mm thick DOM seamless tubing, precision honed to +/- 0.04mm. It houses a 60mm CNC-machined high-flow billet aluminum race piston and an 18mm shock shaft constructed from 5140 HV900 Hard Chrome Plated material with a minimum tensile strength exceeding 700MPA. The assembly includes a T6 6061 height-adjustable spring seat, a carbon-fiber/PTFE/disulphide composite wear band for low-friction performance, and a 60mm full 6063 aluminum remote reservoir. The sealing system utilizes a 3-stage FKM-HNBR, and TSUGAMITM CNC machined components ensure precise tolerances. ParkerTM braided high-pressure hoses are also included. This shock absorber features a direct bolt-on design for straightforward installation. The product is fully rebuildable, allowing for long-term maintenance and customization. The body end mounts are CNC TIG precision welded for strength and reliability. EDP surface protection is applied for enhanced durability.
