The ACUiTY Instruments 3-Way Adjustable Performance Shifter is engineered to provide a significantly sportier and more precise shifting experience for 8th Gen Honda Civics. It offers extensive adjustability, allowing users to fine-tune gear throw reduction by 10%-50% and gate spacing by 5%-40% narrower than stock, catering to individual preferences for a perfect H-pattern. The shifter's construction features a stiff, all-metal frame made from aluminum and stainless steel for reduced compliance and improved accuracy. It utilizes two PTFE-lined, self-lubricating spherical bearings for consistent, quiet operation and long-term wear resistance. The centering mechanism boasts a 100% increase in spring force over stock for decisive, snappy, and quiet centering, ensuring confidence during quick shifts and spirited driving. Users can also adjust the shift knob height within a 40mm (1.6") range. Specific adjustments for height, throw, and gate spacing vary slightly between different model years and trims. For example, '06-'08 Civic Si models have a different height adjustment range compared to '09-'11 Civic Si and Type R models. This shifter is compatible with all M10x1.5 and OEM Honda/Acura shift knobs. It is designed for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic (all 5-speed and 6-speed manual transmissions), 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si, and 2007-2011 Honda Civic Type R (FD2 & FN2).
