Description

This monotube remote reservoir shock absorber offers a 3-way adjustable damping system, allowing for fine-tuning of high-speed compression (10 stages), low-speed compression (20 stages), and rebound (15 stages) for optimal control and comfort across various terrains. Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the MRA shock features a 2.2″ (56mm) shock body, a large 60mm aluminum remote reservoir for increased oil capacity and consistent cooling, and a heavy-duty 3-stage FKM HNBR sealing system. The shock shaft is crafted from 5140 HV900 hard chrome-plated, heat-treated steel with a tensile strength exceeding 700MPA, complemented by a carbon-fiber/PTFE/disulphide composite wear band for low-friction performance. Installation is designed to be direct-fit, requiring no modifications on compatible 4x4 vehicles. However, it is noted that as this is a raised shock, a Brake Line Extension Kit is required. Furthermore, a professional wheel alignment must be performed after installation. For vehicles equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), recalibration by a specialized technician is necessary to ensure safety and proper functionality after suspension modifications. This rear shock absorber is specifically designed to fit the Isuzu D-Max Series III (TFS40) from 2020 onwards, as well as compatible Mazda BT-50, Mitsubishi Triton & L200 (1987-2006), and Nissan D23 NP300 (2014-2021) models.
