The Kicker 03KQ30 is a sophisticated 30-band graphic equalizer and pre-amp that offers meticulous control over your car's audio system. This unit provides 1/3 octave band spacing, allowing for precise adjustments with up to 12 dB of boost or cut on each of its 30 bands. The equalizer is capable of both stereo and mono operation, providing flexibility for various system configurations. Key features include separate input and output level controls for each channel, enabling fine-tuning of signal levels. Fast-acting signal clip indicators help prevent distortion by alerting you when the signal is too high. The unit also includes an EQ defeat switch, allowing you to quickly bypass the equalization for comparison. With a maximum output level of 9V RMS and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 95 dB, the 03KQ30 is engineered for high-fidelity sound reproduction.
