It features a 300-cell high-temperature catalyst and is constructed from 304 stainless steel for durability. This downpipe maintains all factory heat shield mounting points and includes a 3.0-inch outlet.

The RV6 High Temp Catted Downpipe is engineered to optimize flow for the 2017+ Honda Civic Type R (FK8/FL5/DE5). Developed with advanced 3D modeling and laser scanning, this downpipe ensures precise measurements and fitment. Its design focuses on maximizing flow characteristics from the turbo to the front pipe transition, utilizing a high-performance, high-temperature metallic catalyst core. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this downpipe features precision cast transition sections and a 3.0-inch outlet. It is fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing for superior weld integrity. All factory heat shield mounting points are maintained for ease of installation. The package includes three Chromoly exhaust studs, three locking nuts, and a graphite gasket with a sealing ring to prevent blowouts. RV6 Performance provides a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding. Please note that there is no warranty on the catalytic converters. Optional ceramic coating is available in silver or black, with processing adding an additional 7 to 14 business days. The product is CARB approved: No.
