The RIPP Superchargers Air/Oil Catch Can System (RCCS) is engineered to address the common problem of excessive blow-by gas in supercharged 3.6L Pentastar engines. Blow-by gases, containing oil and condensation, can enter the intake manifold, contaminating the air, lowering octane, and leading to pre-ignition, tuning issues, and reduced engine power. Over time, this buildup can also harm fuel economy and cause misfires. This system acts as a collection and filtration unit, installed in the crankcase ventilation hose to capture contaminants before they reach the intake. It boasts a 300.00 ML capacity and features a Sintered Bronze Filter along with an integrated baffle plate to effectively separate liquids and fumes. The catch can is constructed with aluminum hose fittings and a billet bracket, ensuring durability and a secure, no-drill installation. It includes pre-prepped lines with anti-chafing nylon sheathing for added protection. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with an estimated time of 25 minutes. All necessary hardware is included. The catch can is fully serviceable, allowing for years of use.
