The Ford Performance 302-351W Double Roller Timing Chain Set is engineered for robust performance in competition engine builds. It utilizes a rugged, double-row full roller chain with oversized 0.250 in. rollers, designed for long life and reliability. The set includes a steel cam sprocket and an induction-hardened, billet steel crank sprocket featuring a 9-position multi-index design. This allows for precise timing adjustments of up to 8 degrees advanced or retarded, or straight-up, offering enhanced engine control and efficiency. Installation of this timing chain set requires a steel thrust plate (M-6269-A351) and is compatible with single-piece fuel pump eccentrics. It is explicitly not compatible with two-piece fuel pump eccentrics. Depending on the specific camshaft and application, an alternate dowel pin length may be necessary. This part is designed and intended for competition use or off-highway use only. It should not be installed on a vehicle driven on public roads and highways, as doing so is likely to violate U.S. and Canadian laws and regulations regarding motor vehicle emissions. The package dimensions are 7.75" x 2" x 7.75" and it weighs 3.24 lb.
