The Ford Performance Parts 302 C.I.D. 340 HP Boss Long Block Crate Engine is a fully assembled engine designed for performance applications. It features a 302 cubic inch displacement, aluminum X2 cylinder heads, and a BOSS 4-bolt main block. The engine includes forged pistons, forged steel connecting rods, and a forged steel crankshaft for durability. It is built with all new parts and includes a hydraulic roller camshaft, double roller timing chain set, and a rear sump oil pan.

The Ford Performance M-6007X2302E is a 302 cubic inch (5.0L) BOSS crate engine designed to deliver 340 horsepower. This engine features race-quality components, including forged pistons, forged steel connecting rods, and a forged steel crankshaft. It is built on a BOSS 4-bolt main block (M-6010-BOSS302) and includes aluminum cylinder heads. The advertised compression ratio is a nominal 9.0:1. This crate engine utilizes the Ford "E" camshaft and is suitable for use with either an automatic or manual transmission. It should fit anywhere a 289 or 302 engine was originally installed, due to its standard 8.200-inch deck height. The engine is compatible with most non-EFI applications and many 157-tooth manual transmission setups.
