The Summit Racing™ 303 Plus Camshaft (SUM-8900) is a hydraulic roller camshaft engineered for street/strip applications, designed to leverage modern Beehive spring packages for increased lift and RPM potential. It offers 220 degrees of intake duration and 231 degrees of exhaust duration at 0.050 inch lift, with advertised durations of 268 degrees intake and 278 degrees exhaust. The valve lift with a factory rocker arm ratio is 0.550 inches for the intake and 0.540 inches for the exhaust, with a lobe separation of 113 degrees. This camshaft is specifically designed for use with 1986-1996 Ford Windsor Roller Blocks and is intended for engines swapped into pre-pollution controlled vehicles. It is explicitly stated that this camshaft is not for use in registered emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public highways and roads. Valve springs are required for proper operation.
