The RV6 Catted Downpipe & Front Pipe Combo is engineered for precise fitment and maximum flow characteristics in turbocharged engines. Designed using Solidworks 3D modeling and a Romer CMM system, this system utilizes advanced flow analysis for the transition from the turbo to the tubing, which is made from a high-strength 304 stainless precision casting. The entire exhaust system features full-radius bends to ensure turbulence-free flow. Constructed from 3.0” OD 304 stainless steel tubing, the combo includes a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter. It is fully TIG welded and argon back-gassed for superior weld integrity. A quality USA-made Clampco V-band clamp ensures a leak-free connection. The package includes all necessary hardware for installation: flange bolts, socket cap screws, flanged lock nuts, a 3.0" frontpipe to exhaust gasket, an 8mm hex L-key, and the V-band clamp.
