Overview

The RV6 bellmouth downpipe is an exhaust component designed for the 2012-2015 Honda Civic SI. It features a 304 stainless steel cast flange and 2.5-inch tubing, incorporating a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter. The downpipe is TIG welded with argon back-gassing for weld purity and includes necessary gaskets and bolts for installation.

The RV6 bellmouth downpipe is engineered for the 2012-2015 Honda Civic SI, addressing the limitations of the integrated exhaust manifold on the K24Z3 engine. This downpipe utilizes 304 stainless steel for its cast flange sections and 2.5-inch tubing, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. It is equipped with a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter to meet emissions standards. Included in the kit are three M10-1.5 bolt sets, a 2.5-inch gasket for the downpipe to exhaust connection, and a specific Honda gasket (18115-R40-A01). RV6 offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding. Note that ceramic coating options, available in Black or Silver, are not kept in stock. If selected, the item will be scheduled for ceramic coating pickup after order placement, requiring an additional 7 to 14 business days for processing.
