The IPD Sport Exhaust System is a full sport exhaust upgrade for Volvo S60 II T6, V60 T6, and XC60 T6 models manufactured from 2010 onwards. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this system is mandrel bent and hand-welded to ensure an impeccable bolt-in fit, mounting directly in the stock locations. The kit includes a 3.5" to 3" downpipe, a high-flow 150-cell catalytic converter, and dual tailpipes, all designed to seamlessly integrate with your vehicle's existing setup. This cat-back performance exhaust kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on to the stock downpipe. While the stock exhaust may require cutting for removal, the IPD cat-back system is designed for a straightforward installation, estimated to take approximately 45 minutes with basic hand tools.
