304 Stainless Steel Downpipe with GESI Cat

The COBB Tuning Stainless Steel Downpipe is designed as a direct replacement for the factory component in the Ford Focus ST Ecoboost 2.0L (2013-2018). Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, it integrates a high-flow 300-cell GESI catalytic converter to improve exhaust flow. The downpipe features a CNC-machined v-band flange and a 4-inch flex section, ensuring a precise fit at the turbocharger. Installation is aided by adjustability in the lower downpipe mount, which allows for custom fitting to account for minor manufacturing tolerances and reduces strain on rubber isolators for improved long-term reliability. A cast stainless 2-bolt 3-inch flange is used at the connection to the cat-back exhaust. Unlike laser-cut plate flanges that can warp under heat, this rigid cast flange ensures a more precise assembly and a reliable seal, preventing exhaust leaks over time. This downpipe is intended as a crucial step towards achieving Stage 3 power levels and is compatible with COBB's off-the-shelf Stage 3 Accessport maps for the Focus ST.
