304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it eliminates concerns regarding rust or failing coatings. The design utilizes 4mm thick walls and 1/2-inch thick flanges to provide a high-strength, lightweight solution that retains the stock turbo location. The manifold is flanged to accept all T2-style turbos, including the original equipment unit. The manifold includes an integrated O2 bung in the collector for the stock primary O2 sensor and an EGR fitting. While the fitting is positioned to reuse the factory EGR tube, minor adjustments to the tube position may be required for a perfect fit. Installation hardware is included, consisting of eight black oxide socket cap bolts to replace the factory hardware. For installation, the use of anti-seize on all exhaust hardware is recommended, and opting for studs where possible is preferred. Due to the manifold's design, users may find it helpful to use ball-end allen wrenches. In tighter areas, such as the center bolts, a shortened allen wrench (approximately 0.75 inches in length) may be necessary. For the EGR fitting, users are advised to loosen the EGR tube support bracket near the water neck and the nut at the intake manifold to simplify the thread engagement process.
