The American Racing Headers GTO long tube header system is designed for the 2005-2006 Pontiac GTO. It features 304 stainless steel construction with 1 3/4" primaries and 3" merge collectors.

The American Racing Headers GTO long tube header system is engineered for the 2005-2006 Pontiac GTO, aiming to deliver outstanding performance gains with excellent fit and finish. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this system utilizes 1 3/4" primaries and 3" merge collectors complete with welded scavenger spikes for optimal exhaust flow. The header flanges are 3/8" thick and laser-cut to ensure a warp-free seal, while the inlets are hand-ported and TIG welded. JDP Motorsports recommends the catted pipe option, which features a 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converter for durability and emissions control, with minimal restriction. Options for systems with or without converters are available. Important notes for installation and use: this system does not include an x-pipe, and all American Racing Headers Exhaust Systems are intended for OFF-ROAD use only. Some modification may be required during installation.
