304 Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers

The Kooks Headers 28502200 are a set of 1-3/4" x 3" long tube headers constructed from durable 304 stainless steel for longevity and resistance to corrosion. They are designed with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges that maintain a stock bolt pattern for easier integration, and feature 1-3/4" mandrel-bent primary tubes for optimal exhaust flow. Installation is facilitated by the included hardware, which comprises PY-8024-AL gaskets, a BK110 header bolt kit, and a BK114 ball & socket bolt kit. It is important to note that these headers are not a direct fit for the OEM exhaust system and will require the use of a Kooks Y-Pipe or Kooks dual exhaust connections to complete the system. These headers are specifically designed for 1999-2013 GM 1500 Series Trucks and 2000-2014 GM SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines. However, it is crucial to note that these headers will not fit the 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. The product is built to order in North Carolina with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks.
