The Texas Speed & Performance (TSP) 2.00" long tube headers are engineered for performance enthusiasts seeking improved exhaust flow and power gains. Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, these headers boast 2.0 mm thick tubing, which is significantly thicker than many competing products, ensuring robust durability. The system is fully mandrel-bent on CNC machines to guarantee optimal flow accuracy. Key features of this TSP header system include a 3" merge-style collector equipped with a welded O2 bung, facilitating easier sensor installation. The package comes complete with new GM gaskets and exhaust clamps for a straightforward installation. Additionally, O2 extensions are included as standard, and the catted connection pipes help maintain emissions compliance. A velocity spike is integrated into the collector to further enhance power and torque output. It is important to note a potential fitment consideration: the 2.00" primary tube diameter may present limited clearance around the steering shaft in electric power steering applications. Some installations might require modifications such as removing the rubber boot or slightly shifting the engine to achieve proper clearance. For customers concerned about these potential fitment issues, TSP recommends opting for their 1-7/8" primary long tube headers.
