Overview

The PPE Engineering race headers are a performance exhaust upgrade designed for the Lexus IS350, GS350, and RC350. Built from 304 stainless steel, these headers feature mandrel-bent 16-gauge tubing and 3/8-inch thick head and outlet flanges for increased durability and consistent exhaust flow.

Each set includes essential hardware, such as O2 sensor extensions, an O2 simulator, gaskets, and installation instructions. The runners are reinforced with Silicabronze welding at the head flange to ensure high joint strength during operation.

The PPE Engineering race headers are a made-to-order performance solution engineered to improve exhaust scavenging and airflow for the Lexus IS350, GS350, and RC350 in both LHD and RHD configurations. These headers utilize 304 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance and are constructed with mandrel-bent 16-gauge tubing to maintain consistent flow characteristics through the runners. Technical specifications include 3/8-inch thick head and outlet flanges which provide a stable, precise mounting surface. The collector design incorporates a spike for optimized flow performance, and the runner-to-flange junctions are reinforced with Silicabronze welding to maximize overall structural integrity. This kit is provided as a complete package to assist with installation, including O2 sensor extensions, an O2 simulator, gaskets, and detailed instructions. Note that these headers are a made-to-order item with a production lead time of 4 to 8 weeks after the order is placed.
