The PPE Engineering downpipe is crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, designed to significantly improve exhaust flow and boost power output for compatible Lexus models. It features a triple spiral metal core for higher flow and incorporates a GESI G-Sport EPA Certified high-flow catalytic converter (400CPI), though an optional EU3 compliant catalytic converter is also available. The downpipe boasts a larger 2.63" outlet, which is 10% larger than stock, and its tubing measures 4" tapered down to 3" and then to 2.63" for seamless integration with factory or aftermarket exhaust systems. Brackets are included to retain the two factory heat shields, ensuring a secure fit. However, professional installation is recommended to guarantee optimal performance and safety. It is crucial to note that this product is designated for RACE ONLY use and is manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles intended solely for competition purposes. Use on public roads or highways after installation will be considered a violation of the Clean Air Act, carrying a personal civil penalty of $4,454. Compatibility is specific to the Lexus IS200t, RC200t, and GS200t models.
