The PLM Power Driven UEL Header is a performance exhaust manifold engineered specifically for FA20-powered platforms, including the Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, and Toyota 86/GR86 (including 2022+ models). It features a revised V2 design that utilizes dual bellow joints to ensure 100% leak-free durability over time. The one-piece construction is built from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel with precision mandrel bends to maximize engine bay clearance and provide a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory manifold. Technical specifications include a 2.5-inch collector, .38-inch thick CNC-machined flanges, and a true 4-1 merge collector designed to improve exhaust flow. The unequal-length design is intended to deliver increased low-to-mid-range power without disrupting the iconic Subaru boxer engine rumble. This header bolts directly to the stock location at the over-pipe and is suitable for various applications, including autocross, road racing, and drag racing. Independent customer dyno results have shown performance gains of up to 28 whp and 14 ft-lb of torque, with reports of eliminated torque dip. This product includes a one-year manufacturer warranty.
