Overview

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, they feature 100% TIG welded seams for strength and durability. These headers retain factory O2 sensors and utilize a V-band connection to the X-pipe for a leak-free joint. They are engineered as a direct bolt-on system with factory mounting locations, requiring no cutting or drilling for installation.

It retains factory O2 sensors, and extensions are included for a simple plug-and-play setup. The headers connect to the included X-pipe via machined flanges and USA-made stainless v-band clamps, providing a leak-free joint. The X-pipe incorporates dual, hi-flow, 200 CPSI, stainless steel catalytic converters for maximum flow and performance. This product is designated as 'Race Only' and is intended solely for competition use on closed-course or open-course racing sanctioned by a recognized organization. Use on public streets, roads, or highways is prohibited and may be a violation of local, state, and federal laws. To complete the purchase, an aFe Power competition acknowledgement/liability release form must be filled out and submitted. These headers are specifically designed to fit the 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette (C7) with the LT1 V8 6.2L engine, and the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with the LT4 V8 6.2L engine.
