Overview

The JE Pistons 376536 Race Saver piston kit is designed for Chevrolet Small Block engines. These pistons feature a unique 305 race saver sprint car forging with a larger skirt on the stressed major thrust side and a smaller skirt on the minor thrust side to reduce friction and maintain strength. Constructed from 2618 forged aluminum, they are lightweight, durable, and engineered for high performance. This kit includes vertical gas ports, accumulator grooves, and double pin oilers for enhanced engine operation. The piston rings are a 1.2mm, 1.2mm, 2.5mm package, and the kit includes a #927-2500 wrist pin and carbon steel wire locks. The flat top design with -1.8cc volume is compatible with a 62cc cylinder head for a 10.0:1 compression ratio.
