The Weber 32/36 DGV Manual Choke Carburetor (MPN 22680.005) is a versatile, progressive downdraft carburetor engineered for a wide range of American, Japanese, and European vehicles. This 2-stage carburetor is known for combining excellent fuel economy with performance and adaptability. This specific configuration features manual choke for reliable cold starts and consistent operation, with the following original settings: Choke 26/27, Aux. Vent 3.5/3.5, Main Jet 140/135, Emulsion Tube F50/F6, Air Correction Jet 165/160, Idle Jet .55/.50, Pump Jet .50, Pump Exhaust Jet .30, and a Needle Valve of 2.0. The bolt pattern measures 46 x 93 mm. It has been noted that this carburetor is commonly used in FJ40 applications and is the same unit found in kit K746-M, specifically jetted for Toyota Trucks and 4-wheel drive vehicles. Installation may utilize stock linkage, with the fuel bowl recommended to be faced forward for optimal performance.
