32-Bit Microcontroller Fuel and Spark Controller

It combines robust hardware and accurate fuel delivery with an all-in-one design to minimize clutter and maximize reliability. The system is built around a 32-bit automotive-grade microcontroller with a PowerPC e200z0h core, enabling rapid input/output processing, superior sensor management, and high-resolution fuel and spark control. Advanced ECC memory protection, a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), and a 4-layer PCB with a dedicated power plane ensure system stability and durability, even in harsh engine bay conditions. These include a potting-protected ECU encapsulating the internal PCB, dual ignition MOSFET drivers for reliable spark energy, and multi-stage filtering with active digital shielding to prevent noise interference. The Killshot Fusion has undergone extensive vibration, salt spray, and EMI testing. Installation is simplified with the ECU and harness connectors integrated directly onto the throttle body, eliminating the need for an external ECU or complex wiring. Its symmetrical harness layout allows for clean cable routing, and the reduced number of connectors and wires minimizes potential points of failure. The system supports up to 650 horsepower with its (4) 100 lb/hr injectors and includes a 3-bar TMAP sensor for boosted setups. It also features built-in MAP, TPS, IAT, and 4.9 Wideband O2 sensors, dual fan control, and a 5-inch full-color touchscreen handheld for setup and monitoring. Advanced tuning software is also provided. Kit types available include Standalone, Fuel, Top End, and Master Kits, offering flexibility based on existing components and desired functionality. The system is compatible with Aces CAN accessories, digital dashes, and transmission controllers.
