Overview

The Blitz ZZ-R coilover suspension set is designed for the Toyota Altezza GXE10 and SXE10 models with 1G-FE and 3S-GE engines, manufactured from October 1998 onwards. This set features reinforced rubber mounts and adjustable spring rates. The front spring rate is 10.0, and the rear is 6.0, with free lengths of 200mm front and 220mm rear.

This suspension set offers a height adjustment range of -70mm to -20mm for the front and -70mm to 0mm for the rear. It includes 32 levels of damping force adjustment, with a recommended setting of 16/16. A 100mm extension dial for the rear damping is also included, with the rear damping dial positioned and shaped as 'A'.

This fully rebuildable system features a durable construction, including a high-strength cylinder casing, lightweight forged alloy upper mounts and spring locking seats, and lightweight alloy mounting brackets. The coil springs are made from durable high-tensile SAE9245 steel, with specified rates of 10kg for the front and 6kg for the rear. Engineered for optimal performance, the ZZ-R kit utilizes a single mono tube design across its range, incorporating an enlarged 44mm diameter low-friction piston. This design contributes to superior lightweight construction, aimed at reducing unsprung weight. The suspension offers a wide adjustment range with 32 stages of damping force control and full height adjustability, allowing for a lowering range of -70mm to -20mm. Durable rubber dust boots protect the components, and a corrosion-resistant black special anodized coating ensures longevity. This kit is compatible with Lexus IS200, IS300 (GXE10/SXE10/JEC10) and Toyota Altezza (GXE10/SXE10), as well as Toyota Mark II Verossa (JZX110). Buyers should note that while this kit is designed for these specific models, it does not fit 2005-2007 Subaru WRX STI models due to differences in rear knuckle spindle mounts and bolt patterns.
