The Centric 120.42080 is a premium, coated disc brake rotor designed as an OE replacement, suitable for normal commute and performance street driving. It is constructed from cast iron and features a smooth-plain surface type with a vented design. This rotor incorporates symmetric vanes and split-core castings for uniform heat distribution, contributing to optimal performance and service life. The rotor's friction surface is double-disc ground for enhanced performance. Its Black E-Coat anti-corrosive coating provides superior protection against rust, outperforming competitors' spray paint and the minimal protection offered by phosphate finishes. This E-coating is electro-statically applied and designed to withstand 400 hours of salt water exposure, ensuring long-lasting corrosion protection even under harsh conditions. Key specifications include an outside diameter of 319.600 mm, a nominal thickness of 1.106 inches, and an overall height of 1.937 inches. The center hole diameter is 68.000 mm, with a discard thickness of 26.000 mm. It has a mounting bolt hole circle diameter of 4.500 inches and features 5 stud/lug holes with a diameter of 0.508 inches. This rotor is not cryogenically treated and does not include an ABS tone ring or bearings. Note: This specific Centric 120.42080 rotor has been discontinued by the manufacturer, which may limit future returns, warranties, or replacements.
