330mm 32mm Rotor Aero6 Big Brake Kit

This kit integrates a massive, lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, featuring differential bore configuration and significantly larger pistons compared to standard ProComp calipers. This design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity. The opposed piston caliper design, coupled with standard stainless steel braided brake lines, ensures improved pedal feel and quicker response by preventing line expansion under pressure. For the SuperComp series calipers, four brake pads are required per caliper due to their substantial size. The braking system utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly to minimize both rotating and unsprung weight, while also preventing thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design that reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more effectively. Ksport offers both cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, and slotted rotors, suited for more track-oriented use. This specific kit includes drilled rotors with a 330mm diameter and 32mm width. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance on the street and occasional track use, offering reduced brake dust and noise. Optional RC5 Race Pads, made from carbon metallic material, are available for extreme track conditions but are not recommended for street use due to their high operating temperature requirements.
