The Ksport Procomp 8-Piston Front Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on upgrade engineered to significantly enhance brake performance, particularly under sustained high-heat conditions encountered during track use or demanding driving. The calipers are constructed from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering a combination of lightweight design, exceptional strength, and resistance to corrosion. Inside, aluminum pistons are utilized for superior heat resistance and reliable operation. This kit features 330mm (13-inch) slotted, two-piece rotors designed for a balance of track-ready grip and comfortable street operation. The included SC5 street brake pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise compared to dedicated race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by preventing line expansion under pressure. Key components of the standard kit include two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or cross-drilled options available), one set of SC5 street brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all required mounting components and hardware such as CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets.
