330x32mm Big Brake Kit

This front brake system integrates new brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure continuous cooling and refreshing of the brake pad surface during use. The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft quality billet aluminum, features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons and weighs just over 7lbs. each. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Due to the large size of the SuperComp calipers, each requires four brake pads. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly that reduces rotating and unsprung weight, and prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and expels gas and pad debris efficiently. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors. Ksport offers optional SC5 Street Pads, made with NAOC ceramic, for optimal braking performance in street and occasional track conditions with operating temperatures between 194°F – 1022°F. It is specifically designed for the Mercedes Benz W220 S Class S55 AMG models from 2000-2006. The rotors measure 330mm in diameter and 32mm in width, and are available in a drilled style.
