The Tomei TA201A-TY03A stroker kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the Toyota 2JZ-GTE engine by increasing its displacement to 3.4 liters (3352cc). This upgrade is achieved by increasing the bore to 87.00mm and the stroke to 94.00mm, resulting in a substantial gain in both low-end torque and overall horsepower. Constructed with performance and durability in mind, this kit includes fully forged connecting rods, pistons, and a crankshaft. Forged components are significantly more robust than standard cast metal, making them capable of withstanding the extreme stresses and heat generated by a purpose-built or high-performance engine, whether used for street driving or track applications. The kit also includes pistons with a dome volume of -17cc and a C.C. volume of 45cc, contributing to optimized combustion. Tomei's commitment to precision is evident in their strict manufacturing tolerances, ensuring proper fitment and sealing to prevent catastrophic engine failure.
